FiSK Seafood Bar & Market

A seafood bar and market in the new Novotel Singapore on Stevens, FiSK showcases Scandinavian inspired décor that is both simple and pleasant. On top of the a la carte menu, they also have a more focused set course menu with intriguing creations such as the Atlantic Cod Curry, an unconventional fusion to spice up their high quality, cold water seafood.
